Sedimentary rock? You lucky bastard. All we had was sand, and we had to glue the sediments together ourselves. But we couldn’t afford glue so we had to use our own blood. Yup, old sandy blood stone, we used to call it.

blood? I wish I’d had blood. When I cut myself, nothing came out because we were dehydrated.All I had was spit and dirt. And I was always dehydrated, so if I spat I couldn’t chew. And I had to hike over a glacier, barefoot, to get to the dirt.
